Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Delivery method - COURIER:

  • We deliver orders to the address you provided throughout Lithuania (additional fees apply for delivery to Neringa).
  • Before delivering the order, the courier will coordinate a convenient delivery time with you using the phone number provided in the order.
  • After handing over the order to the courier, we will inform you by email that your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery fee is 7.9 EUR.

Please make sure to accurately fill in the required fields in the order form, so that the courier can contact you and arrange a convenient time for the delivery. Don't forget to provide your phone number.

Delivery method - DPD PARCELSHOPS:

To receive the order at a convenient time and save on delivery costs, you can pick up your order from the nearest DPD parcel shop.

  • Delivery fee to parcelshops is 5.9 EUR.
  • When placing an order, choose the delivery method to the parcel locker and select the most convenient DPD parcel locker for you.
  • When the order is delivered to your designated parcelspot, you will receive short SMS codes to pick up the order.

In-store Pickup:

You can pick up the order at RENT BOUTIQUE store in Kaunas, Vytauto av. 56, 44237.

RETURNS

You can return the order through a courier, DPD parcel shops, or at the Kaunas store. You will receive all the necessary information for the return, depending on the selected delivery/return method during the ordering process, along with the order in the order package.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at office@rentboutique.com, and we will refund you the order amount according to the conditions provided below:

IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRY ON THE GARMENT BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER AND DECIDED NOT TO WEAR IT AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL AT OFFICE@RENTBOUTIQUE.COM, AND WE WILL REFUND YOU THE ORDER AMOUNT (EXCEPT FOR DELIVERY AND INSURANCE EXPENSES) ACCORDING TO THE CONDITIONS PROVIDED BELOW:

IF YOU RECEIVED THE ORDER, BUT WON'T WEAR IT:

REFUND:

You contacted via email and returned the garment within 24 hours

100% store credits or 90% off the rental price money refund

You didn't contact via email within 24 hours

No refund

If you want to cancel the 24-hour fitting order, we will refund 100% RB credits.

Credits are valid until February 1st of the next year.
