Our Story and Mission

RENT BOUTIQUE is the first fashion rental platform in Lithuania, founded in 2017. Observing excessive buying and hoarding of clothes and inspired by global sharing economy trends, Žaklina Aišparienė fulfilled her dream by creating the RENT BOUTIQUE platform for renting designer clothes and accessories.

Today, RENT BOUTIQUE is a platform for renting and reselling fashion products, connecting over 80,000 women in Lithuania and building a community of nearly 30,000 in Poland within a few months.

RENT BOUTIQUE now offers designers, boutiques, and all women the opportunity to monetize their clothes through our platform and three Dream Rooms located in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Warsaw.

We aim to change the behavior of fashion lovers and believe that every girl or woman should have the opportunity to wear high-quality fashion clothes and accessories.

Sustainability

RENT BOUTIQUE aims to rent each garment as many times as possible, extending its lifecycle and reducing the number of unworn or discarded "single-use" clothing items. Since its inception, the RENT BOUTIQUE community has shared over 50 tons of clothing.

BUY LESS. The truth is, we only wear 20% of our clothes 80% of the time, which means we waste 80% of our money. On average, a woman discards 37 kg of clothing per year. Let's look for alternatives to buying!

CHOOSE QUALITY. Let's ask ourselves: can a t-shirt cost less than a delicious cup of coffee? Fast fashion brands, by putting immense pressure on the prices and deadlines of their products, force factory owners to cut production costs and exploit workers. It's possible that your t-shirt was sewn by an underage worker who worked overtime in precarious conditions. Are those t-shirts still attractive?

RENT BOUTIQUE is more than a fashion rental platform – we are a conscious and collaborative community. I am delighted that over 22,000 girls and women in Lithuania are renting designer dresses and accessories for their friends' weddings, birthdays, vacations, work parties, and other occasions. We partner with brands like "Nomi Fame," "Undress," "Agapes Wear," Inidė Jasnauskaitė, and many stylish Lithuanian women whose dresses you can rent on the RENT BOUTIQUE platform and in our Dream rooms.

I am proud of my team's work in raising awareness about sustainable fashion. RENT BOUTIQUE's mission is to provide all the possibilities of a sustainable wardrobe by offering rentals for 4, 8, 16, or even 28 days, buying pre-loved clothes, or earning from renting or reselling your own designer garments on the RENT BOUTIQUE platform. We aim for our community to have all the opportunities to enjoy fashionable clothes for longer, extend the lifespan of garments, and look stylish and fresh every time.

We take pride in being part of the growing sustainable fashion movement, and our community is a testament to that. We have a rapidly growing number of social media followers – 60,000 on Facebook and 31,100 on Instagram in Lithuania, and 29,500 on Instagram in Poland.
