HOW TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS CORRECTLY?

It is very important to select the appropriate size before ordering a garment. For this purpose you only need a few key measurements of your body. Taking your measurements appropriately and honesty (without cutting off a few centimetres), you will avoid wrong choices. When taking your measurements, stand straight and calm with straight legs around the knees. Do not wear any outer garments when taking measurements; only light underwear is advisable; wear no shoes. Put the tape measure lightly to the body, but do not tighten it. When taking your measurements, do not tip the tape, but hold it parallel to the floor. If based on your measurements you cannot find the exact size, choose the next larger size.

  • GARMENT LENGTH. Measured from the neck dent to the desired/current length (1).
  • CHEST SIZE. Measure the widest part of the chest. Arms must be down by the sides. A bra has to be worn when taking the measurements (2).
  • WAIST SIZE. Measure the thinnest part of the waist. When measuring the waist, loosen the tape a bit so that the garment is not very tight and does not hamper breathing. What is more, if you are planning to wear shapewear, take your measurements with it on (3).
  • HIP SIZE. Measure the widest part of the hips and the most prominent parts of your bottom (4).
